How do I unlock all games? Complete each game and earn at least 1 star to unlock the next game. Or unlock everything at once for $1.99 - a one-time purchase with no subscription.

How does the free trial work? All games are free for 24 hours from first launch. After the trial you can purchase the full app for $1.99.

How do I restore my purchase? If you purchased the app and reinstalled it, tap the Unlock button and then tap Restore Purchase.

The audio is not working. What do I do? Make sure your phone is not on silent mode. Go to Settings and check that the volume is turned up.

My child cannot trace the letters. Any tips? Start with simple vowels like A (a) and AA (aa). Use a stylus for better accuracy. The app accepts any reasonable attempt at tracing.
